1781 Renatus Chamber Organ built in 2001/2.  Compass is C-c over four octaves. Two ranks of wooden pipes, one stopped, one open, giving one 8 ft, two 4 ft (one by extension from the 8'), and a Nazard and Fifteenth (2') by extension from the 4' rank.  If tuned in equal temperament, it is possible to transpose from A440 to A415 at the flick of a switch, as the connection from keyboard to pipework is digital, not mechanical. This organ has had little use with occasional concerts at Tewkesbury Abbey and Cirencester Parish Church, among others. Approximate width: 40 inches; depth 22.5" with keyboard lowered, 27" with keyboard in playing position; height 39".  The keyboard pivots so that it can be lowered, making it easier to manoeuvre. Currently with owner in Cheltenham - please call us for details.
