Hanchet shawm mediaeval soprano. A keyless soprano (c’-d’’’) in maple with a two piece pirouette and a cane reed. This design is based on iconographical research and it features a smaller bore and bell than the renaissance instruments which in turn makes it a somewhat softer sounding instrument.
