EMS small pipes in d. Based on the hummelchen smallpipes found in drawings by Praetorius, these early smallpipes are easy to play. The parallel bored chanter plays in the key of D, while the two drones play in D and A. They have a muted tone entirely suitable for both indoor use or use with other instruments.
