The Prince Albert is a beautifully detailed period single music stand based
on traditional designs from the late 19th century and is hand made from
rosewood with hand carved pillar, clawed feet and ornate
features. The Prince Albert stand is particularly designed for seated musicians as
the stand can lower to around 74cm from floor to the
bottom of the music desk.
The height and angle of the desk are fully adjustable, accommodating
even the largest of scores and allowing the player to read from the stand in either a
standing or sitting position.
Our range of inexpensive period style wooden music stands are replicas
of the type of traditional stand which, for over a century have been
popular with musicians and antique collectors alike
