Martin Wenner is one of Germany's foremost recorder and flute makers, and we are delighted that he is visiting the UK in April to give a 2 day 'recorder clinic' for customers at EMS London. Players are invited to bring their instruments for a "check up" - some repairs or maintenance on instruments like revoicing or fitting the tenon threads will be done whilst you wait.

• revoicing
• working on the block

• showing customers how to oil their recorders
• adjusting keys, changing pads on baroque flute keys

Martin's production includes hand made recorders after Stanesby, Steenbergen and Bressan and baroque flutes after Grenser, Rottenburgh and Palanca. A selection of his instruments will be available to try out and buy, and Martin will be demonstrating and offering his expert advice to potential customers.
