Formerly part of Woods Music Shop in Bradford, The Early Music Shop moved to its prestigious new showroom at Salts Mill, Saltaire, West Yorkshire in 2007 and has become the largest single source of mediaeval, renaissance and baroque musical instruments world-wide. The 3000sq ft showroom really is is an Aladdin's Cave of affordable early music instruments, many of which are designed in-house in our own early music workshops, and from makers from all quarters of the globe. The Early Music Shop is proud to be the official exclusive UK distributor and agent for Moeck recorders, and is also the appointed UK dealer for Küng recorders, Bizzi harpsichords, Mollenhauer recorders, Lu Mi viols, Camac harps and others. The Early Music Shop catalogue is vast, the majority of instruments are held in stock, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to give you the best advice on choosing the instrument which is best suited for you.
